Following are some of the events that have or will happen at the church Fall 2007.

Harvest Dinner – Nov 7th 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. 
Sponsored annually by the Hospitality Board, this is an entire church event.  Ham loaf, potatoes, green beans, cranberry relish, roll and apple crisp are the menu of the evening.  Many hands are needed to set up, serve and clean up this event.  Wild rice, pecans, baked goods and Turkish scarves are available for purchase during this event.

GLOWS dinner – Nov 16th beginning at 5:00 and running through the parade.  The GLOWS parade is the official kick off for the Christmas season in Fairmont.  We serve soup, sandwiches, chips and bars.  Hot cider and coffee are free for all and can be obtained in the Fellowship Hall or at the motor home outside the church.  Hay bales provide seating for folks to watch the parade as it passes by the church.

Memorial Sunday – Nov 18th   Is a time to remember and honor those who have died during the past year.  Memorial gifts received throughout the year are dedicated.

Intergenerational Event – Nov 25th These events are held several times a year during Sunday School and feature fun, food and fellowship.  Participants can make a gingerbread house and Victorian Christmas ornaments.

Dickens of a Christmas is the theme for this year’s Advent Season.  Scrooge will visit with the children during worship each Sunday.  A Fezzywig feast will take place on Sunday, Dec 16th.
